"The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although they have no parking there was plenty of free parking close by. The internet simply doesn't work. Don't count on using it on the room. You have to go to the lobby for it. The location is close enough that we walked to Ortigia and also to the archeological site. Not the prettiest site but had a good breakfast. There was a smell on the corridor/room that could be a mix of smoke or mold (couldn't identify it) but it wasn't that bad. Overall...

"Panoramic room was only if you stand up on the terrace. No window in room. Very little room. Toilets not flushing properly . We had to flush 2-3 time just to get paper down. At times had to use water from the sink to flush. Felt closed in with room. Only way to see out of room was up stairs to a terrace, and a sky light. Felt a little uneasy walking around at night, although we had no problem, Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good,"

"Da vi ankom hadde vi store forventninger basert på bilder og min lille vilje til å lese alle anmeldelser grundig. Det føltes bra, frem til vi kom til rommet. Da begynte utfordringene, det føltes skittent, ting var løse, sengen var som en vannmadrass. Brukte ca 3 timer med å vente på sjefen slik at vi kunne få et ekstra kort for å holde det kaldt, da aircondition var svært tregt. Tok ca 1-2 timer før det ble kaldt og det stupte. Vi tok kontakt med hotels som tok kontakt med hotell og sånn...

"The location is perfect, and the host, Fransisco, is very helpful. However, the main problem we had was the street noise. To us, the windows provided no soundproofing at all, and the noise continued until 2–3 a.m. For people who have difficulty sleeping, this may not be a suitable place to stay."

"Annalisa was wonderful. She allowed us to get in early and even saved a spot for us to park. Amazing. The room was clean and cozy. A little small but for the one night it was perfect. The location could not be better. One block from the Main Street that is 1 min walking. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again."

"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Blutflecken auf dem Teppich. Pool wird nur nach Bedarf geöffnet und dann auch erst geputzt. Dusche war ohne Türe. Frühstück Kaffee war schrecklich. Brötchen ok. Aber keine Auswahl am Wurst. Keine Auswahl an Säften. Würde das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. "

"We enjoy our time there, the family room is big enough suit the purpose for our family of 4, 2 teenage boys. The hotel is charming with the small pool and a garden to wonder around. Breakfast is superb love the fresh juice selection❤️. The location is quite senter to Noto, Ortigia and san lorenzo by car."
