"They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast."

"Florença is a very good solution in a city where hotels are normally very expensive and getting around is a little difficult. The Belas shopping center across the way offers a number of restaurants (in addition to the one in the hotel itself) and also shopping for basics such as fruit. "The hotel was up to standard the food was limited,the pool was out of service needs full filtration system the bathroom jacuzzi does not work and the limescale on the jets was really bad when showering .staff where very attentive restraunt was clean hotel is lovely just needs few touches to perfect the stay ."
