"Ho sempre scelto la catena Campanile per soggiornare in Europa ma questa struttura non è assolutamente all'altezza dei suoi 3 stelle. Scarsa pulizia, personale addetto a rifare le camere non istruito. Mancanza di asciugamani per il viso e cambio di quelli per doccia ad orari improbabili. Oltretutto siamo dovuti rientrare un giorno prima della scadenza del soggiorno per problemi familiari e non abbiamo ricevuto nessun rimborso. Personale in portineria non preparato per le evenienze. Mi dispiace...
"The staff was very nice and friendly. Check-in was not a minute before 1600! lol. They only clean once a week, otherwise you have to pay for it - 10€. Rooms are small but nice. A/C doesn’t reach the bed, but is cold at the little table that it aims right at. I would stay here again for short periods. Breakfast is 18€, which seems high compared to pricier hotels in the area at 10€. I chose to eat out in town. Very conveniently located and walkable to everything good. Bar/restaurant directly...
"Super warm welcome from the great staff at this hotel.
Location (between two quite busy roads) initially seemed a bit offputting but turned out to be Very convenient for the old town and still walkable for the new town too. They have a launderette immediately below the hotel on one side which may be handy if it's laundry time.
Room was great, really good breakfast. Would recommend."
"A well priced budget hotel just outside Aix-en-Provence with easy parking and a few local eateries within walking distance. The number 13 bus runs from outside the hotel directly to Aix centre. It’s €2.40 return. Get off at Bellegarde in town and to get back, the bus stop on rue Napoléon near the Cezanne statue will get you back to the hotel.
The rooms are ´cosy’ but quiet and comfortable, but, as is so often the case, the sink plug didn’t work. Our room, 31, also had issues with the door...

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool area was a nice add. Free parking in the large lot across the street was great.
The hotel is on the edge of a hill town so it is a ten minute walk uphill to the restaurants and shops in the center of town. We are an older couple so no elevator in the building was also difficult for us."
