"Tudo ocorreu bem exceto o frigorífico que não estava a funcionar. Ao questionar o funcionamento fui informado que o frigorífico não esfriava e que somente mantia a temperatura do produto. Ao verificar percebi que o frigorífico possuía compressor e questionei novamente e o quarto foi trocado. No novo quarto o frigorífico funcionava"

I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "Rooms were very modern and attractive. The rainhead shower was excellent. The kitchen was handy. The room had a safe but the safe wasn't bolted to anything, thus we didn't feel if was useful. Tip: be sure to choose a room on the top floor so you don't get the sounds of people walking around at 600am. The staff was very helpful. The location was perfect! "

"Very impressed with this hotel - it had plenty of space, was modern and clean, free parking and a free breakfast on the 12th floor with incredible views of Guimaraes. Good value too. It's next to the train station so it is convenient (I didn't hear any noise from trains or road). It's a 5-10 minutes walk into the old centre, but plenty of restaurants along the way. I'd stay here again."

"We had 2 rooms and they were both extremely clean and so picturesque. It was a rainy night and our room was a bit chilly but fortunately my son and his girlfriend in the other room prefer a cool room we used the extra blanket in their room and had a cozy sleep. The only less comfortable part was that there was only a single pillow per person and they were a bit small. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, with so much variety and homemade goodness."
