"The only thing I liked was the location and the staff. The worst part is that I made a reservation for 3 people and they gave me a room with one bed. And they wanted to charge me an extra 500PHP for a bed. And of course I didn't pay. And they put a mattress for the child to sleep on. Other than that, the Resort is old. There are leaking faucets that wet the bathroom floor. The toilet lid is broken. The pool has green water. They turned off the pool lights early. Making it impossible to enjoy the night. The place has an extra 100php per adult and 50php per child for the Environmental Fee. And this information was not available anywhere. to get to the Resort. I thought I was being taxed for being a tourist. Anyway, I will not go back to the hotel. I did not feel comfortable trying the cuisine. I ordered food from Grabb."

"The complimentary breakfast was great-I chose the beef tapas for breakfast and really enjoyed it. I had one of the best sleeps ever on the gel foam matrress in my room, so two thumbs up for that! If there was anything that I could find to complain about, it was the lack of a place to hang clothing. Given that the reason for the stay was a wedding, it would have been nice to be able to hang up my long dress. Also, for some reason, there were no towels provided. All in all it was a good experience."

"my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. The drainage was terribly bad, the bathroom was flooded when having a shower. The chair needs upgrading though, i can see the foam already. For its price, there are better rooms than this. GOOD THING with this hotel, staffs are nice and accomodating, room is clean, and its location was perfect for my needs that is why despite of the bad things with this hotel, i still keep on booking this hotel for almost 6 years. "
