"Lots of trash and debris all over the entire premises. Needs landscaping bad!
Uneven walkways and unsafe pavements. Needs a lot of help improving the place.
Good location though "
"Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold."
"First time visiting PHP from US. This hotel was nice and the staff was beyond supportive. The staff was what made this place. They were so helpful and kind. Always made sure we felt welcomed and fed. Made sure we knew the best places to go to and overall the best hostess. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. The floors are tile and felt a little dirty like they needed to be wiped clean. Just seemed a little dusty and things needed to be wiped down. This is one of the nicer places in this...
"This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning."
"Don’t believe anything you see in the pictures. The bed felt like a box spring, aircon worked when it’s cool outside, no refrigerator, no hot pot to make coffee, the rooms felt like a bad motel. For a resort this property is run downed like no one really cares. If I need to stay in Subic again I would just stay at wild orchid where the pool and surrounding is clean and with security "
"Need more cleaning and maintenance. The lobby and reception is not welcoming. During the check, we need to find the staff. We did dine once for dinner and there are a lot flies."
"Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great.
Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning .
Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers.
"
"Bed was very comfortable, room is a bit small but adequate. There was no kettle but the helpful front desk team supplied me with one. Location is great!"
"I drove 4 hours from Manila and this place was a fraud. The outdoor and beach Pictures look nothing like what is advertised. DO NoT waste you’re time booking this place The beach is rocky and bad sands an be to small I was very disappointed "
