My husband went down to the front desk, and asked them to send the maintenance man up to our room to fix the toilet, and they indicated that he was gone for the night, but, that they would have someone come to fix it the next morning. They did give us an option to move to another room, but, we declined that option...

"Shuttle lady went above and beyond. Led us to a gas station for rental car fill up and on to the airport. So helpful. Room was fine, clean. No WiFi in room or in lobby."
