"The room was clean and well prevented. It is very no frills, and that was what I was looking for. It is slightly out of the way location wise, and the staff weren't out of their way helpful. But okay for a short stay.
Overall 3/5."
"This looked like an abandoned hotel. Registration was impossible....I had three locals help with the passport/id section....it was not possible. They supplied a code for the front door that didn't work and the code for the room didn't work either. The hotel was a disaster. The photos are of what once was. There are no employees. This was my worst hotel experience. I was on the street for an hour with other locked out guests. This place should not be allowed to operate."
"If you need parking, you will want to be parked and checked in early, as the parking lot fills up quickly. If you are late you may find yourself parking in a parking lot far away from the hotel and taking a taxi back to the hotel. The staff will not offer any suggestions. Further, staff may not let you into the lot to drop off your bags. Plan accordingly. Throughout Romania I was met with kindness and courtesy. Here, not as much. Breakfast was a highlight of this stay."
"Fantastic hotel!! Highly recommend as it’s stunning but away from the hustle and bustle! It was about 30-40 mins away from the airport and 30 mins away from the old town."
"Staff was good except for a night front desk person.
Cleanliness in my room wasn't good. When I took my socks off I could feel the dirt and started looking around and it just looked like they had recently done work in the room. There was a smell coming from the bathroom sink drain so I plugged it. At the entrance of the room I could feel most likely the hot water pipes under the floor. There waa something on one of the pillows that I just don't know how to describe. Bathroom door handle...
"Buon hotel a breve distanza dal centro ( bus 640 o bus 97) pulito e con personale gentile e disponibile.Colazione continentale con poco dolce.Ottimo x un breve soggiorno."
