"I booked a hot tub room with Hotels.com at Burton Inn. When we got there the desk clerk said they didn't even have hot tub rooms for rent! We got a king bed room for the night with broken furniture, no remote for the TV, a refrigerator that had moldy, stinky mess (filled the room for hours with that smell!) and a door that didn't lock properly! For this we paid $70?!?!"

What is the difference between a 4-star and 3-star hotel in Burton?
The most obvious difference between a 3- and 4-star hotel in Burton is the standard of service and availability of creature comforts. Three-star hotels are typically more economical and offer the amenities and services you need to ensure your comfort, such as breakfast, a gym and WiFi. You can look forward to a bit more at a 4-star hotel — think upmarket furnishings, deluxe toiletries and extra touches like day spas.
