"Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower. Cobb webs all over wall, had and issue getting towels and toilet paper. I’m not sure how many guest they serve, but only...

"Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, Betten waren hervorragend, Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder, dann aber parken wir hinter dem Haus. Wir hatten neben dem Haus unter blühenden Linden geparkt, sodass am nächsten Tag das Auto klebte. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts für, das hätten wir selbst erkennen müssen."

"Comfortable small hotel and good breakfast. Helpful staff, but not v knowledgeable about local buses to the splendid Vierzenheiligen church. When were there in April, there was weekday bus (Kaiser Reisen service 1212) 10.49am from the station to the Church main carpark, return bus 15.38pm. Tickets from the station. The hotel reception is not manned 24/7, so they appreciate confirmation of arrival time. "

"Nice hotel, close to the former border - recommend to ask the boss about it - certainly an interesting conversation. They have also a nice Wellness area (Sauna), Food is very good (we took the local Cold plate for dinner). There is a room which can be locked for bycicles. Friendly staff ! Nearby are Castle Heldburg and nice bike Trails along the former border patrol ways. "
