"There was no property in service. I showed up after dark. Down a beaten path. To be greeted by two men who didn’t speak any English. I was legitimately scared for my safety. I was made aware, after they called three different people someone who spoke English, that the hotel hadn’t been in service for TWO MONTHS. I’m enraged I was even able to book a reservation through Expedia and I’m highly disappointed Expedia does not check there hotels regularly to make sure they are actually functioning...

"The hotel was nice apart from a few things. First of all in the evening you can hear a really loud music from the next hotel restaurant. Reception team was unbelievable bad train. They ask me to pay for my breakfast 2 times, before that i ask a few questions and they couldn't answer me things that they should know. The service from the housekeeping team was excellent. Restaurant team was good as well."

"Terrible!!! Rated 4stars?? No way!!! What a scam!!! Rooms were not fit for human occupancy. Dirty, old, stinky, stained mattresses and pillows. Pile of garbage bags on the sidewalks not collected for days. The water park is in need of serious updates. It is old and dangerous. People were injured every day - from bumps and bruises to broken bones, and none of the lifeguards seemed to care. On the positive side, food was not bad, and the Black Sea was beautiful."

"Pro: the hotel is right on the beach and the main drag with a lot of eateries. Con: Parking, parking, parking! There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but it was filled to capacity all 3 days we were there. Parking on the streets is nonexistent and the towing "service" very vigilant."

"Very convenient to the train station and walkable to centre of town. There is access to a great gym and sauna across the street for a moderate fee. Coffee not available until 7:30 am but there is a coffee machine across the street. "

"Hotel is very run down and not taking care of. We had a ocean view which was great except the bar at the bottom of the hotel on the boardwalk blasts music until 8am. Thankfully we aren't bothered by the noise and expect it in the area but I could see this being a big issue for a lot of people. Never tried the restaurant after seeing the state of the hotel. Location is good, hotel has 3 buildings but only one is currently being used. "
