"Ingen parkering hos hotellet, man hänvisas till gatuparkering eller Malmö stads p-hus. Frukost ingick inte, vilket vi fick klart för oss när vi checkade in. Vi fick ett slitet och halvt demonterat handikapprum utan möjlighet att hänga upp kläder för två nätters vistelse. Personalen inte särskilt intresserad av gästerna. Läget var det som gjorde vistelsen uthärdbar."
