"Love the water refill station, keeps me hydrated while walking around the CBD. Shopping mall is close. About a 10 min walk depending how fast you walk haha. Loved the breakfast Buffett, love my OJ. Vegetarian and vegan options. I wish there were strawberries for breakfast. All my 5 mornings didn’t have it available, something minor but I would’ve loved breakfast even more. I had a vegan Mediterranean pasta for dinner. Delicious. I had a 5 other friends that went to the hotel and we were...

"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"I was in room 319, room was pretty small but it had everything I needed. A few problems though, one was the air conditioning. It was mounted on the wall in front of where you slept so you always had a breeze on you. Another one was the walls are pretty thin, you could hear your neighbours like they were in the room with you. On Saturday night there is a night club close to the hotel and I literally felt like I was in the club myself. It was very very loud and very hard to get some sleep. Other...

"The room is clean"

"The staff at the Ibis were fantastic, Really helpful with managing deliveries for a conference we were attending."

"No continental breakfast, tiny room with uncomfortable couch and chairs, bed was okay. The tiny, deck was filthy with view of garbage dumpsters and garbage. TV only had 3 channels and had two small pots to cook in, no pans. Asked staff about frying pan and they had nothing to offer. Decent location but was surprised how dirty the neighborhood was. You get what you pay for. I would look elsewhere unless you just need to sleep somewhere. Inside was clean."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Having on site parking in St Kilda is a massive plus. Even with $25 a day parking, the stay was very affordable."

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."

"Perfect if you want to stay a while and cook instead of eating out. If not it's surrounded by plenty of delicious cafes and restaurants. Live music venue in the basement. Perfect centralized location and room to store things securely."

"I have stayed here a few times when I come to Melbourne. The location is great, walking distance to everything. The hotel itself is quiet at night and during the day, as is the area. Lots of dining options around. I really liked the new drink vending machine with coffees and sparking sodas. Also the underground, secure parking is a bonus downtown."
