"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise.
