"I took my grandmother there for her birthday and she absolutely loved it.
We had dinner and I informed them it was her birthday and they surprised us with a happy birthday song and complimentary cake which really made my gran’s visit special!
I was so surprised as well and so happy that they made her happy!

"The rooms was spacious and beautiful but the toilet was not working / flushing properly, the water in the shower was building up however we told them about it and it got fixed. The ac was not getting cold enough to keep the room cool . There was no ac in the hallways and no elevator so bringing your luggage up the stairs in the heat was not so nice . The restaurant was not working properly, it only opened for breakfast"
"At Restorative, it was really lovely. I must say, the place was very clean and was exactly as it looked in the pictures. The location was also very convenient. It’s situated in a residential community, so it was quiet and there wasn’t any unnecessary noise, but it was still very close to downtown, food areas, and beaches. Some places were even within walking distance, while others were just about 5-10 minutes away. Also very close to the airport, like 5mins drive.

"Major renovations needed at the facility . Leaking roof on the walk paths and lounge area with pools of water during rain fall , so there was no way to really enjoy the hotel common areas as we were a party of 3 .Slips and falls are at high risk . Rooms were clean ( bath room lacked sufficient towels ) . Check in and check out were hassle free. Breakfast was okay with an omelette station.
Unless there’s some major changes / update / repairs to property I will not return."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Summerland Suites. I first stayed there in 2015 and 11 years later, the hotel was just as I remembered. We stayed in an upstairs room and there was one bedroom area with a full sized bed with an additional twin size bed in the lower level of the hotel room and in the loft area were two full (possibly queen sized) beds. The place was comfortable, clean and we loved the pool! At night the water was so warm! We loved the pool! Overall great stay!"
