"Staff was friendly and helpful. However, staff seemed to contaminate bathroom sink area with chemicals they used to unclog sink. AC kept room cold during very hot days. Breakfast was fine. Location was very good but they could use more parking spaces."
"The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. "
"Over all it's okay.Interiors are good,quite squeaky floor but it's okay.Worth the price,because it includes small buffet breakfast and it's near almost to all tourists spots and museum.The only problem that we've got is the noisy aircon and they don't have lotion which is I think should be included in the amenities.You can ride a tricycle or kalesa/chariot to tour you in the best spots in Vigan."
