"My family recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Braintree. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, especially during check-in. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast area was clean and there were options such as fresh fruit and bagels. The hotel is within walking distance to the South Shore Plaza so there was plenty of food options if you didn't feel like traveling too far. We would highly recommend this hotel."

My friend was on a FaceTime call with family in another city, she was not yelling. Definitely talking a little loud, but they were excited. "There were a number of young sports teams here. They were very loud , not controlled by the hotel or parents. This went on most of the night. When I am paying $ 300 a night I expect a hotel where I can have a good night sleep. Not happy at all!"
