"I called the hotel three days before my one-night stay to make sure it is pet friendly. I was told there would be a $75 deposit for the pet in case of damage. I assumed it meant the deposit is refundable if the pet does not cause any damage. The night I arrived, i was told the deposit was non-refundable and i was required to sign the paperwork. I could have stayed in a different hotel with much less charge for the one night pet stay. I wished this non-refundable pet charge were mentioned on the...

"The room & check in was good. The only bad part was our door was dead and I had to have the employee let us in twice. The battery was supposed to be changed but it never was which is ok as I understand she more than likely forgot. Other than that the room and service was great. They just need to make sure the doors are charged"
