"Neat and tidy rooms. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was perfect. Coffee, tea, juice. Bagels, muffins, cereal. The dining room was always busy. Clean bathrooms. Lots of towels. Sidewalks were great for a leisurely morning stroll."

"Great location and nice rooms."

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. No tv, but that's a good thing, right?! Ez parking. Unfortunately, the excellent restaurant was closed on Wed, the day I was there"

"It was a truly delightful stay! I enjoyed the cozy accommodations in this historic house and relaxed over super-fresh, delicious breakfasts that inn-keeper-owner Valerie made to order. Valerie was personable, humorous, and engaging while respectful of my personal space. The great golden fall foliage around the property only added to the beauty of the visit. I will certainly book this B&B again."

"Stayed here for the weekend with my kids to see fall foliage & relax. The campground is amazing with many things to do near by. You do need to bring your own linens and clean up after yourself. The cabin wasn’t to clean when we got there but I had cleaning supplies on hand so it wasn’t an issue for me. The views and private beach in front of our cabin was breathtaking. Can also rent kayaks, paddleboat and canoes there. A lot of activities at the place to entertain everyone"

Overall, this is a great property and could very easily be a 5-star experience with a little more attention to some of the small details. A few examples: - The refrigerator worked fine, but the interior light was hanging loose rather than being properly attached. - Neither light on the stove worked. - There was one trash bag, but no extras that we could find. Same with toilet paper, and there wasn't...

"This is a great little spot. I love that has a fireplace. It’s got a deck that you can sit out on. It’s quiet. I highly recommend it and the owners are spot on with communication"

"Loved this little cottage! It was so convenient and close to everything! The only complaint my fiancée and I had was that the bed could use a little updating. Kind of felt like sleeping on a cot. Nothing fancy but just what we needed for a weekend away! Would stay here again! "

"the property was pet friendly, the kitchen was not fully stocked, but stocked enough to work, everything was great, even a laundry room."

"Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. "
