"I t was a very nice place near a beautiful medieval town. The room was a little small. It could have used a power strip as there were only a few outlets. But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."

"My trip was a fleeting overnight with an early departure next morning. Staff were very friendly. The room very clean and the bed comfortable. The surrounding were quiet but the hotel was in a good location, although Vevey was quiet as a whole during my brief visit. I didnt get to try the food as i left too early for breakfast When i checked in the restaurant appeared to be busy with what appeared to be locals ... which says to be it has to be good. "

Par contre, le système d'enregistrement sur place ne fonctionnait pas: heureusement qu'il y avait des personnes ayant des réservations dans l'hôtel et ayant compris ce qu'il fallait faire, qui étaient là pour expliquer la procédure quand le système ne marchait pas ... visiblement, quand il y a un bug, il n'y a pas vraiment de procédure disponible pour savoir ce qu'il faut faire."

"Funky parking. Small lot nearby was full and the public parking garage isn’t convenient. It’s free overnight but the meter starts ticking at 8am. My room had really inconvenient place to plug in and charge -everything had to be on the floor. Weird that in this day and age a hotel would make it so inconvenient. Nice people though and a nice room "

"The attic room I stayed in was great and had an excellent view. The staff were friendly. As a solo backpacker looking to visit Gruyere with a one night stays in Bulle, the very limited check in/out times and inability to check a bag made it complicated to visit the HR Giger museum. The only window that worked involved taking the train to Gruyere in the morning to visit as soon as it opened at 10 am, then taking the train back to bulle in time for the noon checkout. it’s a short ride, and fine...

"This hotel is in a great location in central Marly close to Fribourg. It's a simple bus ride into Fribourg, where there is lots to see and do. The room is not air-conditioned, but not many places in Switzerland are. The hotel downstairs is spotless and delicious, and the staff are all very friendly. I'd recommend this hotel for travelers who want to see Fribourg but get a taste of Swiss village life---great point from which to bike around the countryside as well!"
