"All good apart from the breakfast which could do with more variety. Very helpful staff."

"I am very disappointed. We arrived at the hotel, went to the room and find out that is in very poor condition, the wall were dirty very old and small. The bathroom was disgusting, specialty the shower.. We have a friends In Milano a and we decided to stay with them.wr back in the hotel couple hours later and check out. I called Expedia and explained what happened. They contacted the hotel and the hotel told them that we spend two nights there.unfortanatly the hotel lays. I am not...

"I was on foot so about 15 minute walk from Station with no straight path not great. If staying for Como the last train out is 10pm & taxis expensive. Hotel is fine, with a big car park so good if on driving tour of area."

"Poor location unless you have a car. Single beds small but good shower. Wouldn't rush to book again"

"First of all, the staff at Il Perlo Panorma is exceptional. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We arrived and had booked the Basic Room. It was ok, but since it was our 20 th anniversary, we asked about upgrading the room. The Junior Suite was available. They handle our room switch while we were away, moved our luggage and the Suite was amazing. We literally didn't want to leave the room. It had a huge balcony with stunning views of Bellagio and the lake, wonderful...

"Our room was basic but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about things to do and navigating local transportation options. Our stay included a breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Very tasty."

The staff was very friendly and cleanliness was very good, but the breakfast wasn't good; the hotel is fine for just a one-night stay."

"Hotel is clean and close to main attractions except breakfast was very poor one ! Like no options, fruits are not fresh at all, one of the fruit was rotten and they did not even bother to remove it ! The next day it was still there. The second day we did not have hot water, all of a sudden was broken. Also one of the staff like an elderly man in his 50’s is always scowled, and answers abruptly. Looked unhappy ! I don’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone cause you should be there to...

"Very disappointing when we arrived the pool was closed on a Monday and so is the hotel restaurant no other option’s given had to ask where nearby we could eat, we would never have stayed if this was made aware to us beforehand"
