HS ?
C'était déjà mal partit avant d'arriver à l'accueil. Heureusement l'accueil était sympa.

"Pre booking parking is essential - the room was clean however there was a musty water smell in the bathroom - the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast very good indeed"
"We had a great welcome at the hotel. Calm atmosphere and staff at reception were very helpful. Our room was very clean and there was plenty of hot water to shower. Our room was on the third floor and spacious. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel for our two nights in Arras. The location was great and straight out on to a beautiful square. We arrived by train and we could walk to the hotel which was important for us. Enjoyed our stay."

Apparently it is being taken over by Best Western"

We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked delicious and the breakfast room was lovely. Good location with restaurants a 5 min walk away and bakery and lunch places around the corner.
The only draw back to this accommodation was that in the suite, the toilet and shower/sink were separate rooms and not next to each other. Otherwise this place was perfect! Our favourite place in...
