"Hotel is very convenient for access to the town, and for walking in the countryside. Spa was small but nice and not busy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. "

"As this is an historic hotel situated in the middle of the town it provides a convenient and comfortable place to explore Obernai. If you need on site parking book early as spaces are limited. "

"Beautiful outdoor area with swimming pool and garden perfect to relax after a day hiking in the surrounding area. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate that day. Friendly staff clean and pleasant rooms. Delicious breakfast "

"The room itself was a fantastic space! Very comfortable and quite cute. The whole building and town are just lovely. Wish we would have had time to stay for the Christmas Market. "

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"

"Lovely hotel. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little put out at our treatment or lack of in the hotel restaurant. We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "

"Easy checking and very friendly staff. Only issue was receptionist spoke no English so it was a little awkward getting through the check-in/ parking process. Otherwise everything was great"
