"Please be in mind the train tracks into Zoogarten station are right next door to the hotel, so if your room is on the side of the train tracks, you will not be able to open your window as the trains are very loud. Even with the window closed I could still hear the trains passing by. I asked to be moved to another room for the rest of my stay, but for the first night I could not sleep, trains too loud."

"We absolutely Loved the Berlin Hbf Ibis! The staff was beyond fabulous - the rooms and breakfast was too! We felt welcomed and were treated so kindly! Location is amazing! It’s a 3 minute walk to Berlin Central Station and is a really great Hotel if you want to walk to explore the city. Infinite Gratitude to the Hotel and Staff especially! "

"Our flights were delayed by 13 hours. When we knew our reservation would be in trouble, we contacted the property. Our room was ready even though we arrived after midnight. The staff was superb and was waiting for us! The room was clean and had cool extras like a smart elevator that read our key card and took us to the proper floor.
