It was a bait and switch- I rented a two bedroom apartment and was given a one bedroom. Having traveled for 24 hrs, i just let it go. There was no heat in the apartment. By day 5-6, the water heater unit's wiring located in the kitchen area burst into flames. "

"I showed up at the hotel at 11pm at night . The gate keeper asked the residence and owner phone number .i showed him my Expedia confirmation and pre payment .he shocked me, that the residence is occupied .he called the owner , he gave the same answer and there is nothing he could do and hanged up. I was left in the middle of night searching for a place to stay ...it took me one week of phone calls to expedia to get my refund."
