"Excellent value for money. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were helpful and cheerful. The rooms were spacious and water and a kettle were provided. I’d recommend this hotel."
"It was a nice hotel, the free parking was great, the restaurant was great, the breakfast was great. However, we stayed in mid October and although it was a cool night out, the air-conditioning barely blue. Thus I would be reluctant to stay here in the summer when it’s hotter. Before warned that you will sleep warm if you stay in room 33."
"The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. But we were unpleasantly surprised by too many restrictions and lack of actual service. No housekeeping for the first five days unless you pay very high fees - we had to go searching and begging for new toilet paper! Come on! So ridiculous and demeaning. We had to empty all of our own garbage ourselves and take it downstairs.
They advertised air conditioning but it’s locked at 24C, which was too hot for sleeping.
The breakfast was very good, but we...
"Our stay was really great, having someone at the front desk to answer any questions we had it make it definitely more pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The room is a bit small, but it’s perfect for one or two people to rest comfortably with the quietness and the gentle air conditioning in a comfortable bed. We definitely plan to come back!"
"The view overlooking the Ancient Roman Amphitheater is incredible! The restaurants within walking distance are amazing (too numerous to try all). The morning breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. I didn’t understand that children aren’t allowed to use the hotel spa and steam room. But otherwise had a great time. Also I don’t think I ever figured out how to use the French lock and key."
