"The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Staff - super friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I can't rate them high enough! Accommodation was adequate. Very dark room - needs some more lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom - needs a re-vamp. Load -shedding was well managed. "

The bed linen is specifically tired and needing replacement - in no ways can it be called premium. There was no Wi-Fi and no bathtub - also both mentioned in the property description for the superior cottage (Crane Cottage). Convenient for the hockey festival at Michaelhouse and beautiful views but can’t say...

"The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch."
