"If you are driving in Italy this is the best place to stay. Easy in and out with on site parking, zero stress! Easy walk into the heart of Siena. The staff were wonderful and the rooms clean."
"Excellent location and standard staff—they stuck strictly to the rules and weren't very communicative. The room layout was impractical—the bathroom was on the ground floor and the bedroom on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast was fine. Highlights included visiting San Gimignano, hiking sections of the Via Francigena, and learning about Italian wines...

In the past, we stayed in the historic center but since the ZTL, it isn’t worth the headache of staying in Siena proper. It is a short walk and lovely to do after dinner. The room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff went always friendly and at times seemed uninterested and a bit rude but don’t avoid it because of that. The breakfast staff was hit or miss. Some are super lovely...
