"The staff was very helpful and nice. They were great on getting information for transportation and also sightseeing in Milan the bus and the train every time I emailed them they always email me back. They were very friendly and polite very nice atmosphere."

"Clean hotel and spacious for an over night stay. You should have your own car to move around. Breakfast was not included but it’s worth paying for it. "

"The property is in terrible condition i feel completely robbed the door worked after around 15 to 20 attempts the shower was full of mold and the light and ventilation did not work the room had only 1 working plug socket the phone system for the hotel didn't work. A massive pot hole outside i twisted my knee now have to wear a brace discusted by the whole package "

"They only gave you one card for room. Without card in recepticle you couldn't have power in room. You also were requiered to leave your key card with front desk when you left. They also dont speek good english so don't understand your requests."

"We had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and easy to find. Customer service was impeccable. Daniel was excellent at helping us get around. He went out of his way to make our stay here perfect. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends and can’t wait to come back. "

"Hotel is nice but dated. Could use a little updating. Limited staff but that's the way things are these days. Breakfast was limited. Front staff did what they could to help with questions we had. In an industrial area but the town centre is a short walk/drive away and is very quaint. Front staff should promote that. A great restaurant in right next door. Made the stay much nicer. All in all it is good value for the price."

"The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "
