"二回目の滞在です。 扉の建て付けが悪く、ドアにカギを差し込んで回さないとドアが閉まらない状況です。 ある日帰って来た時に部屋のドアがしっかりと閉まっておらず、誰でも入れる状況であった為、ホテルのスタッフに扉の建て付けを修理して頂くことと清掃時にしっかりと施錠して頂くように依頼しました。"

"I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting they need to do something. I liked the hospitality the staff were very pleasant I was going to the dining anytime no restrictions. Staff are very polite and respect"

"Very short stay but the room was comfortable and clean. Have previously stayed here and would not hesitate to stay again "

"街の中心部に位置しており、ロケーションは良いですが、車が入って来れない為、タクシーに乗るには少し離れた場所に歩く必要が有ります。 建物の中は大きく中庭が有り、雰囲気が良いです。 朝食も他のホテルに比べて種類が多めで、ポーに滞在する時の定宿にしてます。"

"The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice. Breakfast itself was not very good. Most of the selection was not hot just warm at best."
