"Only saw two staff. There was a line for the golf buggy to take you up to your room and only 1 driver. Timings for golf buggy were between 13:00-21:00 which if up high made it very hard to get anywhere. When we rang the WhatsApp number (6 times) no one answered so we had to trek down the hill with our bags, got to reception and saw the two staff members sat doing nothing. "Booked two rooms with a jacuzzi. We were unable to use the jacuzzi because it was so bad. The plug hole was rusty . One of the jets was broken and the head rest was dirty. The sunloungers around the pool were stained. The railings around the property all needs replacing. The staff were absolutly amazing and our room was clean. We were booked in for 6 days buy left on our 3rd day. "
