"Ideal location to access Llanberis path and walk to town and country park. I could leave my car in the car park which saved on parking charges. Breakfast was included and offered plenty of choice including the usual staples. The staff were really helpful and welcoming."
"This is a lovely hotel in beautiful Betws-y-coed in the heart of Snowdonia. We have stayed at this hotel many times, as the lodges are very clean, comfortable and to a high standard of comfort. The staff are always very pleasant and happy to help and the breakfast is very plentiful and delicious"

We were in room 9 with a sea view which was much like the sea view in Fawlty Towers but we weren’t there to specifically stare out of the window… and the tv needed switched on and off at the wall because the power button on the remote doesn’t work. Doesn’t sound like much of an issue other than the plug is about 7’ high and I’m only...
"The view from our superior room was amazing, looking over the Menai straits and the pier.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Ours had been kept warm and was very dry.
The stairs were an issue. You couldn't avoid them to access the building. I had indicated issues with mobility when i booked but the hotel only sent info about them the day before after free cancellation was impossible.
The Indian meal was satisfactory.
The waitress was very helpful although with limited English."
"The property is mixed bunkhouse and other room types. We booked the suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The vibe is very relaxed with a bit of a backpacker feeling. There is a friendly bar and the breakfast was a combo of self serve and custom breakfast. Staff were super friendly and accompanied. It is close to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would go back."
