Breakfast very good (fruits, eggs, yogurt, breads, croissants, cakes, cereal, etc). The hotel is very near to restaurants and ferry boat. You can go walking 5 min or so. Also is a good alternative to go to La Madalena spend a day. Also It’s 30-40 min by car to Olbia. Many boat tours towards La Madalena start in Palau. So could be a good choice stay in Palau and...

"We were pleasantly surprised with the comfort of our room at Hotel Castell'Verde, which was newly renovated, had fantastic air conditioning, and included a sizable outdoor terrace. "Nice hotel and pool. The rooms had pretty thin walls as we were able to hear the rooms next to/above us. The staff wasn't very helpful for us when trying to get help making a reservation in town because our phones didn't work. We were basically told 'no we don't do that' and turned away without further assistance. The rooms and facilities were nicely sized and clean! Location was good; close to the marina and to town."

"Friendly staff who spoke fairly good English. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Came with crockery and cutlery and some pots and pans to use. We weren't aware that we would have to bring our own hand soap which I was a bit annoying on the first day. You are also given one toilet roll and one bin bag. It would of been helpful to know this before arriving. Other than that it was in a good location from Porto-Vecchio, with a nice little beach attached. "

"We stayed here only one night. It was very clean, modern, quiet and new. We will be returning here at the end of the week. The only problem is its location - quite far from the center of Bonifacio. I thought that it was 4 minutes to the main town but appeared to be much further Without a car, I don t know how we ll get around when we get back. (We arrived by car with our son-in-law, but he left). "

So could be a good choice stay in Palau and get the ferry or tour to Madalena. Thomazzo and Ciara who work at the reception are very kind. I had a good time and highly recommend."
