"Love it"

"Overall review All good!"

"Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality."

"We requested if we can check in 30 minutes early, we’re so exausted from our trip( hot weather). The staff said you can, only to charge us additional 300 pesos. They should be considerate since it’s only a few minutes before check in, the bad thing is that we are seniors."

"Accommodating and very friendly staff. "

"Property is lacking attention to details when it comes to welcoming guest and room(smell) however once the staff got to know me, they have been accommodating. Positive attitude towards my request is very much appreciated and the peaceful atmosphere of the area(no traffic sounds) all hours of the day. I suggest they offer some dinner menus/evening food. Love their coffees and breakfast food. Maybe some continental breakfast. Overall I am happy and the longer I stayed the more I felt at...

"No wifi working and the manager was not good in behaviour very very bad manager . "

"If the shower room was a bit more modern and had a tv and kettle in the room. "

"Nice place to stay very simple rooms but nice"

"Deluxe rooms are the best, great ocean view, needs a refrigerator though at the very least for the room price. Traditional hut not recommended, Ifugoa w/ AC is practical. Staff were pleasant. Overall it was an OK stay."

"There is much room for improvement for the location. There is no restaurant or pool at this hotel. Employees are less than active and should be more engaged in cleaning or upkeep of the hotel. Stairs surface may need to be cleaned as appeared dark with possible mold (for this wet location hotel). Third floor stay [stairs a bit steep and shallow in width). No elevator. Water pressure a bit low for shower and sink. Ammenity kit very basic and most things in it are low quality. Bed has no...

"The place is cozy and the service/reception is warm. The amenities such as pool and jacuzzi is fully operational notwithstanding that I was the only guest at that time. The rates are value for money. Room features are outstanding. The entire place is spectacular and post-worthy over social platform X."
