"Extremely disappointing, Would not recommend One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was exceptionally small, and the bathroom was in an appalling condition, appearing poorly cleaned and maintained. "Fair pricing and very friendly staff"

"Staff at front desk were great! Nice and friendly! Clean room"

"The room was clean and tidy as always but the air conditioner has seen better days. It was very noisy and hard to sleep with it on but had to try as the room is very warm and although the windows can be open there is nothing covering the window from things flying in at night. Now that this Hotel has started charging city prices and charging for parking which is ridiculous maybe they can put some money into the place to fix a few things and tidy it up."

"The location was convenient, not from a train station. The value was excellent & the area felt safe. I also appreciated the breakfast box in the room and the staff's responsiveness when I reached out about after hours check in."

"What a terrific hotel! The staff were very kind and thd room was clean and well thought out. We loved the little touches that personalised our stay and i was grateful for a hotel brekky in the morning. Bed was really comfortable and noise was non-existent! Bathroom was huge and obviously cleaned to a high standard. A great spot for a city stay"

"Great location, easy contactless check in and had everything we needed."
