"We were welcomed by Mario who was helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. He speaks Italian, English and German. He assisted with figuring out the boat tours, was friendly and was extremely patient. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our three-night stay. "Ancient furniture, the A/C was not working in 100 degrees weather, infested with mosquitoes to mention a few things. I checked out after a couple of hours because it was impossible to survive the heat and humidity in the room. No refund was offered. Check in desk person barely spoke any English. Very disappointing experience, save yourself the trouble and book something else."
