"+cleaness, calm, confort - air quality, air was dry and qoke me up several time to drink water. Better to have a kettle so can use my own tea bags. Not a fan of the coffee machine. There is a tablet but was not working, so not sure the purpose of it. Otherwise, I had a great stay... good "

"The room was a great stay for a family. We got the Luxe room with two bedrooms all on one level. Which was great for traveling with small children. I understand the next sized room has stairs and I wouldn’t have wanted that with a baby but the room we got was perfect. We also had an actual bathtub, again, something that makes life easier when traveling with toddlers. "This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet."

"Very convenient location right opposite the station. A little old-fashioned, could do with some modernisation and improvements, but certainly not a terrible place to stay. Friendly staff."

"I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again "

"You cant get any closer to the Waterloo battlefield. Just look out the window of your room as this hotel is located on the a tual battlefield. Highly recommended."
