"Very accessible to the train station as well as the main Como area. Clean room and friendly staff. Showers were a bit challenging if you are above average height but overall had a good stay."

"Hotel was in a very good location if you don't want to pay for lakefront lodging. While the a/c wasn't working in part of the hotel, they put fans in all the rooms. They moved us to a room with working a/c for the second night and gave us a rate adjustment for the first night. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Anna Marie and Ileana and also the manager. Would definitely stay again!"

"We were very fortunate to have a room in the front with a wonderful lake view. The hotel is comfortable older property, but the room and bathroom were large and spotless. Location is excellent, right next to the bus stop close to the town. Restaurant is excellent. Only negative is the absence of a grab bar in the bathtub/shower."

"Hotel is nice enough and clean with good lake views and just a quick walk to the water. It is further away from the station, boats and most shops but the panoramic walk between is very nice. I booked this hotel specifically partly due to the mentioned airport shuttle for a surcharge listed on expedia which does not exist. They offered to call a taxi for €180 which is hardly a "surcharge". Also I was frustrated by the lack of coffee or kettle in room; there was a breakfast available but hours...
