"Nice hotel, right in the centre of town. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice quiet room. No milk in room, or English tea ? Air conditioning did not work well and of course it was noisy with window open. Basin didn’t drain quickly Otherwise we loved it ! Room 1703"

"Fantastic place to stay within easy walking distance to rail service's and the river. Room was very spacious with small kitchen and plenty of places to hang clothes. Bed was very comfortable only down side was the plug in the wah hand basin once pushed down to fill sink with water to shave, i didnt know you had to go under the sink and fiddle about with rod's to push the plug back up to allow water to drain away. "Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used."

"The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. "This property was lovely, felt fresh and clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean, sheets felt clean. Breakfast was beautiful and restaurant had many vegetarian options and food was delicious. I would stay here again. "

"Nice property with large rooms and great for a family of 4. One room had a light odor but the staff did their best to air out the room and remove the odor, but unfortunately the odor was still there. Staff were nice and very friendly. Overall great experience and parking was free. Will come back at this location. "
