"It was a good stay overall, however it stated that it should be sound isolated but that was far from the truth. I had to put paper between the door and the door frame in order for it not to shake every time someone passed by and you could also hear dogs from many rooms down barking, making our dog bark as well.

"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten.
