"The facility has limited accommodations. No pool and some rooms do not have WiFi. The location is next to shopping and restaurants The drive to the downtown area is easy. Parking can be a challenge but if you drive around you’ll find it. "

"Great location. We got an upgrade with balcony. However no daily housekeeping, I requested cleaning up the room, for the next morning and only the towels were changed. No answer from the Manager . Not a good idea the policy of no daily housekeeping for the guests"

"The elevator broke one afternoon. Had to walk to the 6th floor but was fixed like 2 hours later. Don’t like I had to pay $45 a day for valet parking. Should be included in the room price. Like their breakfast which you have to pay for. "

"Rooms were pretty good, breakfast was well stocked and plenty of space to eat. Pool was closed down by the health department our entire trip, which was a huge disappointment! After walking around Savannah all day we were really looking forward to a swim. We would stay here again, only a 12 minute walk to River Street. Parking is $40 per day valet only, but they were excellent and fast."

"Love the view of the river from the pool on the roof with bar and live entertainment every night; if you're into that stuff. Breakfast was great and theirs plenty to do in walking distance. The only eye sore is the construction which I barely heard"

"Hotel was okay for the price. It could use some updating in the rooms but overall good for a couple night stay. Beds were comfy. It did have a stuffy damp smell when first entering the room. The smell got better by turning the AC lower. Overall the room was clean. Just need some updated lamps. They were rusting and shades cracked. "We took a short trip to Savannah to celebrate our 36th anniversary. This was our first time in Savannah. The East Bay Inn was perfect for our stay. This historic inn is charming and the staff is first rate. Laurie at the front desk was so helpful and answered all our questions. Our room was on the second floor and was spacious. "I slept very good after a long day traveling. The bed and sheets were just right. The water turned hot very fast so I was able to take a much needed shower to relax when I got to the room and just relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Heather. She made me feel right at home. I will definitely be staying here again. "
