"La luce in camera era troppo cupa. Si faceva fatica a leggere anche con le luci del comodino accese. Non c'era una spazzola per pulire la tazza del WC nel bagno."

"We had a wonderful stay overall, and the location was truly fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's main landmarks, the central train station, and countless restaurants and cafés, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The only drawbacks were that the room felt quite small, and it would have been nice to have some additional amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, or kettle. We also found that the soundproofing could be improved. During our stay,...

"Convenient location, excellent price."

"Standard Novotel hotel. I've stayed there before. Onevwird of warning, they've moved the bus station at th airport and the last bus goes around 2230. If your flight is delayed you'll need to get a taxi. Decent breakfast."

"The staff is unfriendly"

"I love how they maximized the space. Loved the decors, a bit industrial, retro. Clean. Well located."

"The staff and property were fantastic, however our room was not ready when we arrived at 9pm-it appears that housekeeping had stripped the beds and started to prepare the room, then it had been forgotten and was not finished. The staff on the front desk were amazing and had the room sorted in 1 hour, and provided us with drinks and snacks. The family room was very spacious, great facilities and breakfast, I would otherwise highly recommend."

"Hotel is steps away from St Hubert Galleries and the Grand Place with so many shops and restaurants to choose from around the area. Also it’s close to the central train station which is few steps away. They have a cafe’ at the lobby. Staff were fine. The downside is, it’s noisy at night, you can hear artists singing at the square. We had our room cleaned twice for our 5 days stay but housekeeping doesn’t vacuum the carpet and doesn’t mop the BR floor. They only change the towels and make up your...

"Professionalisme des employés"

"Rooms condition is very poor. Hotel descriptions stated that rooms are air-conditioned. However, there are no conditioner was in the room. Table lamps didn't work."

"Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by several unpleasant incidents. On my very first night, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Naturally, this had a major impact on my entire stay. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was a very unpleasant experience. I would, however, like to highlight that the staff member working the night shift was helpful throughout the situation, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. On my second...
