"On arrival there was a big roach walking across the floor in the lobby. small roaches were also spotted in the corridor and room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the blanket on the bed had two holes. The bathroom needs hooks and there were none to hang towels. The toilet bowl cover needed a repaint. The face basin faucet was loose and needs to be repaired or replaces.
