"The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️"
"The room had bed bugs. The receptionist was extremely nice and helped us with a refund. The rooms are decent for a one to two night stay and looked clean. When we removed the sheets, they were stained with a brownish color and bed bugs starting crawling from the carpet. Nice staff but the amenities were not clean. They tried to accommodate us to another room but the other beds were also stained and had a humid smell."

However, cheap air refresher was used to hide the smell which didn’t do a good job. Room is relatively clean but not enough plugs for our modern use. Very dated. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was really pleasant although not outstanding. Staff has been extremely helpful at check in and allowing us to park until 3pm after checkout as we were...
