"Check in/out was a breeze. Very old building but well maintained. Pillows were to die for! We purchased 3 to take home. Located directly across from the Truckee River and the Riverside Walk. Entire outside wall was glass and gave a great view of downtown Reno. Would definitely stay here again."

The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars.
