"We had a beautiful large bedroom with a lovely frescoed ceiling in an old but clean building. Some tiles in the floor were cracked and older bathroom fixtures but that just added to the charm. Coffee and tea available in lobby in the morning. The location was great, steps from shops and restaurants. Would stay here again."
"This is a premier location in Agrigento. Directly off the main via Athenea and no more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere you would want or need to be. The unit itself is as advertised."
"We thought a lot of effort had gone into the design of the hotel, rooms and what it provided. The staff were polite, with a shout out to the chef who engaged with everyone to ensure any dietry requirements were met, the breakfast was fantastic. The pool was big and deep enough to swim.
The location was good, close to a cookery class and the Turkish stairs.
The only gripe would be that the pool did not open (until 9), after breakfast."
"I was surprised I had to climb up the hill for 16 min from the train station as I walked with my luggage to get to the property. You really don’t know that you have to walk up the hill from Google map. I wouldn’t have chosen this place if I had known it. Agrigento has lots of stairs and slopes to be sure, still there are places closer from the station. The room I stayed didn’t have daylight when I first entered it. I thought there was no window the first day because the shutter was closed. Isn’t...
"Great location. Lovely owners. Beautifully appointed room.
Real difficulty accessing property. Key very tricky to use.
No one there on our first night so couldn’t access room. Had to book into adjacent hotel."
"This place was very nice. Its just a street or two away from some great restaurants and cafes. If you have a vehicle you can park on the street. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. I would recommend to anyone."
"Super chambre avec magnifique vue sur la vallée des temples! La chambre était située juste un peu à l’écart du centre historique ce qui permettait un stationnement facile en rue! L’hôte nous a bien expliqué tout ce qu’il y avait à faire et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations."
"I honestly don’t even want to write this review because I’m afraid we’ll never be able to get a room here again! Domingo and his staff are absolutely top-notch — we loved them so much that my husband and I actually cried when we had to leave. ❤️"
