"Soggiorno di 4 notti, dal 13 al 17 settembre.
Arrivo.
"It was a nice stay but the shower seal was broken and the pools are freezing and so cold, the food was ok the breakfast was stale and the steak had this very weird thing in it, There where flys everywhere and they made us late for our pasta class and train
Overall I rated it a 4/10."
"I checked into my room and noticed an immediate odor, I couldn’t tell what it was at first, but then I checked the bathroom and was overwhelmed by the smell of mildew and noticed a huge patch of black mold above the shower.
I asked the front desk to change rooms and they said they were all sold out. I was booked here for 3 nights so I asked about the next day and was told they were sold out every night. I asked to cancel and for a refund and was told it was against policy.
I booked another...
"⭐️ Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palermo — but think twice about driving!
The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located in Palermo’s historic centre, with easy access to the nightlife, sights and cruise port. Our room was huge, with a separate bedroom and living/family-room area, and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.
My biggest caution is arriving with a rental car. The hotel is within the ZTL, and Google Maps struggled to navigate us through the extremely...
"Chambre très bien placée, près du port. Quartier touristique animé.
Très bien équipée, grande. Salle de bain gigantesque, très atypique. Baignoire, douche à l’italienne. Magnifique.
Il s’agit d’un B&B, nous n’avons pas vu de personnel. Entrée par code."
"This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions -
-theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. I arrived a day later than my reservation and had some difficulty contacting the manager for an entry code. The area near the property is noisy at all hours. The restaurants near the property are nothing special and a tour guide informed that many of them are franchise restaurants."
"TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them.
The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start."
"The castle sits on a hill near the center of town with a breathtaking view of the hills. The town itself, has nothing to offer but a walking park by the public parking lot. One must have a car to travel anywhere. Castellamare Del Golfo beach is about 30 minutes by car, each way, making it a highlight. Palermo is about an hour, Segesta Greek ruins about 45 minutes, and Erice about 90 minutes.
The rooms were clean, small, the window could not be fully opened. The staff was cold, the food was...
"Beautiful accommodation in great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we ever came back to Palermo we would be sure to stay again.
Thank you."
