"We arrived at the Hotel at around 3:50 waited in line to check in ,twenty minutes there was only one attendant, I was told my room wasn’t ready and I would need to wait 15 minutes and also that parking was unavailable! after waiting another 45 minutes I was told my room still wasn’t ready as I began to walk away I summoned back to the desk and told my room was ready it’s 4:45 ish now. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable."

"No pancakes looked like they was made the night before and they froze them until morning hotel had a smell to it and only reason I booked was because I thought the pool was gone be open but wasn’t so I didn’t stay my full time"
