"Well I would have gave it 5 stars but on checking in after 11pm the bathroom sink was clogged, and I still dished out over $300 bones. I feel for a resort the rooms should be checked out for functionality on every time someone leaves. "

"The room I was put in was on the ground level. Unfortunately, the ceiling / floor above transfered noice exceedingly well. As a result, the noise of the people above me each night during a three day stay was intolerable. I would not recommend a room on the ground level."

"Inn is always nice but overpriced for the amenities. They only do housekeeping every 3 days, which for how much you pay, should be daily"

"This was our first time visiting Birch Bay. Had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very nice. The unit was huge and had a fully stocked kitchen. Our kids loved the outdoor pool, and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is great—right by the water, close to some eating places, and a short drive to Birch Bay State Park. This place met all our expectations and even more. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Our unit overlooks the water. Kitchen is fully equipped and it would be great for families who love to cook their own meals. The front desk staff is very friendly and gave great suggestions for first time visitors like us. I love gardens and I think they just need to upkeep some of the plants to give the courtyard a better appeal. Did not find a walkway from the property grounds to the street which is too bad because this is located right on the edge of the town area. Overall though, great place...
