"Very friendly staff. The room is meeting the requirements of having a bed and a bathroom. I like simple hotels when I travel for leisure and this is it. Great location."
"Good hotel in a great location. Minutes from a lovely sandy beach. Turquoise sea.
The apartment was very good. Everything you need. We had a corner location with a wrap around balcony giving both a sea and a lake view.
Evening buffet was varied and tasty.
Staff were very helpful.
We can't wait to go back."
"The staff was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room. Although our flight was quite delayed, the front desk staff surprisingly allowed us to leave the luggage while we explored Mallorca. I highly recommend this property. As a manager in the same industry, I feel honored to be in a place that demonstrates what is expected of its guests."
"The location is really good, however it is right next to a pub where the music continues till 2/3 am and the windows are not sealed well so it was very noisy.
The bed was quite uncomfortable, the frame was broken on our first night and they fixed later but still on every move or turn it wasn’t stable and noisy. So i woke up multiple times during the nights.
Breakfast could be better, no vegan options.
Street parking is available so wherever you find a spot on the streets.
Air con is good,...
"Lovely boutique hotel in a very central location.
Breakfast consists of fresh baked rolls and pastries, meats, cheeses, some fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Nothing hot served.
Lovely coffee and orange juice available to drink.
Room 121 was sufficient however we encountered a few problems. Room safe not attached and could be removed easily Never encountered this in a hotel before. Reported to reception but received no further explanation. Rainfall shower broken however managed to get working by...
"The bed was very comfortable and it’s in a great location to Soller, just a couple minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, and church. I did find it challenging having a virtual reception though, as responses could be slow. I ended up talking to the reception at my friend’s hotel instead whenever I needed a recommendation or help with a taxi etc."
