"Kamer ruim en schoon. Ramen kunnen open.
Bed prima.
Personeel spreekt engels iha.
Locatie is uitstekend."
"Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel i upgraded to comfort room fridge and kettle. Room was on the front very littke noise and the bed was soooo comfy. My only little moan was the kettle was a modern water boiler and we didn't seem to manage to get a hot drink. Would definately stay again right near railway station"
"Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash!
That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre...
"Excellent location with nearby restaurants and in walking distance from the historic city hall (Rathaus) and the Aachen Cathedral UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lovely clean and quiet streets."
"Henkilökunta todella hyvä. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Itse hotelli on kuulunut.
"The bar would have been useful opening until 10pm so that guests could enjoy a drink or refreshment at the hotel. Tea and coffee making facility in the rooms would have been welcomed."
"A terrible hotel. They had no rooms with separate beds for two travelers. When we discovered my work partner and I would have no choice but to share a bed we returned to the check in counter and asked for a room with two separate beds. They said they didn’t have any. So we said we would like to try another hotel. They said that was fine but I would need to apply for a refund through Expedia. I did that. But they refused to refund me. The hotel is a scam."
"Fijn verblijf. Vriendelijk ontvangst en goede service. Eenvoudige kamer, wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk ontbijt.
